For running an AQ2-TNG server you'll need the TNG Server Pak and the AQ2-TNG 2.81 Bug Fix Release.

For playing on an AQ2-TNG server, you'll need at least the TNG Client Pak (you can install the AQ2-TNG 2.81 Bug Fix Release as well if you plan to host local games).

TNG Server Pak 2.8
Description
This is the updated Server Pak file for use with TNG. This pak file contains all additional files a server needs to host a server with TNG 2.8+ installed (quake2 and other paks/maps have to be installed, these are only the additional needed files for AQ2-TNG).

Installation Instructions
unzip/untar to your quake2 directory.

WARNING
This update may overwrite parts of your config files if you used the original file names from 2.71! Make sure to backup your config files before you install this update.

TNG Client Pak 2.8
Description
This is the updated Client Pak file for use with TNG. This pak file contains all the files a client needs to play on a server with TNG 2.8+ installed.

Installation Instructions
unzip to your action directory and rename the pakX.pak to pak<insert a free number between 0 and 9 here>.pak. (for example, rename it to pak7.pak if there is no pak7.pak yet). If you already have the client pak 1.5 simply replace the corresponding pak file with this one (the size of the old client pak was 1,986,555 bytes).

TNG Scorescript
Description
This is the first version of the TNG Scorescript for mIRC. It still has plenty of bugs left in it but should provide a good base for a proper script :)
